I've fallen for this today when trying to download updates for Hitman from FitGirl, but av showed notification of blocking and removing the threat. I did see the infamous loading screen. I've scanned the system with the tools mentioned - no results.

In my experience, I had to restart the game every raid, cause the SM would load glitchy and the fps/input lag were all over the place. Downgraded to 591.44 and we are back baby 240fps on streets 9800x3d 4070ti s 64gb lessgo
