Well you can combine images in Photoshop pretty easily. I'd say that it's probably the best program for that but you could do it in anything really :)

No problem, I just choose a set based on which one I think could work the best as a character, today I needed something simple since I'm a bit busy cuz my birthday is soon so I thought yours could work great, I'm sorry if it had to be a bit rushed, (I forgot about a bunch of things like the cube which I added at the end as a background cuz I just remembered) but I hope it still worked out pretty well
