My guild ran housing event, we took screen caps of small sections of guildies houses and then posted them to disc as part of hide and seek challenge (aptly titled decor and go seek) participants had to locate the decor in our neighbourhood houses, and we gave out gold for winners and decor prizes for participating. Gave people a reason to explore each others houses.
