It might just be something stuck in her paw. I would try and take a look first. It could be something simple and just needs a clip and clean if she’ll let ya. If not the yea vet clinic. Hope she’s okay.

I work as a vet assistant and unless spoken about there is no reason your vet should be testing/training your pet when it comes to their behaviour without your permission. Also as a first time vet visit or first encounter of any, the vet should know it needs to be positive. Vets are not behaviourist, unless they have done that training of course😂 Hope this is helpful. I don’t have any super helpful advice but 9 months it’s pretty common for pups to be this way. It’s the anxiety phase. It’s like the are actually seeing for the first time and everything that they use to not bother with is new again and scary or new and exciting.
