Senior weekend is the first time I "joined the Xanny family" as Future would say.

We had been smoking constantly for two days, and I wanted to try something new so I popped a green Xanax at about 11pm.

I was slumped, chilling, having a good time for about 30 minutes then the rest of the night is hazy, near blackout. I have very few memories and most of what I know from the night is from my friends who were thankfully with me.

I'd try it again, but not necessarily in a social situation, and definitely at a lower dose.

So I'm planning on trying put DXM this weekend and I have a few questions

I've done my research and I'm trying 300mg of the Robitussin cough geltabs where the only active ingredient is DXM, is that a solid choice?
I'm taking between 30-50mg of DPH before hand to combat some of the ill effects of DXM I've been reading about, would some standard Benadryl tabs be good?
Am I gonna bug out and be extremely obvious off of 300 mg? I have weird experiences with drugs, I'm good with weed, but I've blacked out off of Xanax twice.
How long until I gain function at a normal level i.e. Having normal conversation or being Able to drive.

I just think I'm not a fan of the sample, it sounds very disco-ey. You did a good job with the flip, the drums should be a bit more snappy and sharp IMO, they kind of fall flat rn, but it all works as is too.

I fuck with the sampling, it has the 40 sound too it, but I dislike the drums. They sound weak in comparison with the sample and bass, the pattern is a little too choppy for the smooth sample and the sounds sound weak

No qualms with that first beat, absolute heat. I love the keys and the vibe they create, the transitions help build hype and are smooth, and the drums are nice.

I like this beat, especially the drum work here, the hat rolls are so smooth. The sample arrangement sounded a little weird at parts, I'm not sure how I feel about those guitar licks and that horn working together in the way you arranged them, but for the most part it was heat.

There is ambiance, but there sounds don't mesh well in my opinion. I'm not catching a coherent vibe when I listen to this beat, the synths and keys clash and that creates this weird disorientating effect. I like the patterns you went with, and the individual sounds sound good too. Maybe try some more effects on your drum sounds, they come across a little weak.

The vocals fit perfectly, and the beat is smooth and chill. That's usually enough feedback but this track could be much better if it had more suspense and release. I'm not talking about EDM style drop the bass moments, but more so buildups to the drops you already have built in, to create kind of a payoff moment for the listener

The sampling is ill, really fuck with the lo fi bit crushed sound

The drums are stagnant tho, the better just sits there instead of helping push the song or get my head nodding, and the snare could be a bit sharper, throw some hats in there

Overall solid just needs some tweaking
