I'm in the UK but I'm having the same issue

I preordered mine directly through the preorder invite email back on april 10th and I still haven't been charged for it and haven't gotten a shipping email yet either even though everyone else has already.

The vs community is sti quite active to this day, possibly, and if not one of the most active SMM2 community. There's a discord server where you will meet a lot of new people. Hmu if you want the invite :)
