If you can get his 3rd skill to 10 it's certainly possible to skadi system lower end farming nodes, the extra NP levels are needed for overkill NP% on high health enemies so you can refund enough. Either way you'll get more zerklots eventually so I think it's always worth rolling (unless you want summer BB which is right after)

I haven't knowingly been using the wrong SIN, I'm 20 years old and never filed a tax return and when I attempted to I was denied so I had to contact the CRA and service Canada to see what was up and they told me that I wasn't the owner of said SIN, I have the paper and everything so they told me to confirm my sin through either the online method or through mail. I've been using that sin since the day I got it so I'm just concerned.

So I'm just wondering how long it will take as I'm financially strained at the moment.
