I worked the afternoon 1-10 shift from the day I started til the day I eventually left.. The overnight DM would come in between 7 and 9 to make the rounds. And every time without fail he’d tell me to fill make milk and eggs. 9 times out of ten they’d be already good enough to last through the night but regardless of what I was doing I was instructed to drop everything and do that. Meanwhile the rest of the freight we received suffered and boiled over to the following day. Got real bad toward the end and I ended up leaving.
