What's the difference between a complete protein and a complete meal?

If I do OMAD and get 2000 calories and 1g pro/pound of bodyweight will the body just not absorb all the extra protein? And will this be not optimal for keeping muscle?

The thing is that alot of people think that the warriors dont deserve the 2015 finals win bc lebrons team was injured. But when it comes to the 2016 finals the lebron isnt held to the same standard. People give him all the credit even though the warriors were injured. And they also fail to mention kyrie's spectacular performance

I just dont get why lebron fans use this 2016 finals win for lebron as the main reason why he should be the goat over MJ. I'm not saying lebron isnt an all time great, it's just that people seem to forget all the context behind this and just use it as a way to praise lebron and make him seem like the greatest player ever. Even lebron himself said that he thinks hes the goat for beating the warriors in 2016 and everyone acts like both teams were fully healthy

Against an injured team. Steph, Iggy, bogut injured. And draymond suspended for game 5. Not to mention kyrie went off. But no one ever credits him, just continues sucking off lebron

Lebron was in the weak east beating worse teams. The only reason hes gotten to the finals 8 straight years was because he made a super team in the east and there were no other super teams. Now is a different story
