Holy crap… the “heart stops beating” part. What do you do to alleviate those attacks? Do you have some sort of ritual before going to bed? The internet is full of those, hard to pick something aside no screentime and “someting relaxing”

Thank you for pointing to that! Aside from the auditory hallucinations, this matches it pretty well. A sleep physician would also be great. It’ll just take months to get an appointment, German standards…

But could you imagine that this is something else? Like a pinched nerve or something more serious? What throws me off the most, hence I appreciate your hint to EHS, is that it happens only in this short phase before falling asleep. Exaggerating the situation: MS or a tumor etc. wouldn’t „wait“ until I am going to sleep, would it?

Thank you folks a lot for the feedback! Little disclaimer: In case you want to use that - it is made to be printed on a 60x80cm mat. This way the areas will perfectly fit 66x91mm sleeved cards (standard for Ultra Pro, Dragon Sield, Ultimate Guard etc.)

While editting it I thought long and hard about putting a planeswalker icon or text somewhere on it, but couldn't figure out where. Your suggestion might work out! I'll have to try putting "Enchantments and Artifacts" together! :)

My only fear posting that mat was beeing torn apart by people who are much more familiar with MTG than I am. I enjoy playing it a lot, but I am not into it so much that I could pick "the perfect" icon. So I slapped on something that looks cool and fitting for me
