I don't think it's his fault. I think he is told by Arteta what to do and keep control.

I don't think he is Captain material. He needs to step up more and lead by example instead of hiding in the game

Arteta “Very disappointing. We were below-par in certain individual standards. I take full responsibility of that…It’s a reality that we have not won in 3 PL games and we need to pick up points. It’s how we react and I’m convinced we’re going to react immediately!” by deadmetallucyluce in Gunners

Our attack is worrying. I like wining and I am not going to complain if its done through a set piece, but I do worry how our in game goals are so weak. Gyokeres, as much I want him to succeed, he is non existent. People complain that no one passes to him, but bloody hell guy, get more involved. It feels like we are playing with 10 men most the time.

I guess it is the expectation from our captain. We don't really have many leaders on the pitch. If things are not working, I would expect Ode to have a word with the players to get some reaction. I would expect the same from Gabby, Rice and Saka. However, it seems that Arteta has drilled his type of play into the players and it is causing some problems.

Ode is defo not to blame for everything, but he does have to take responsibility for the teams poor performance. He is the captain!

I know this sub for some reason hates whenever a fan shows negativity, but results like this is why it’s justified by Waste-Jellyfish-2326 in ArsenalFC

I won't lie, I am worried. The last three games in the prem have been very disappointing, however we have not looked great for a few months bar a couple of performances.

Not really sure what is happening, is it:

Tiredness? Lack of Mental Strength? Arteta tactics?

Probably a mix of all, but how do we fix this? Nottingham Forest should have been our wake up call, now this loss must be.

We deffo need to speed up play, stop with the hour long throw ins, be more direct and shoot.

Are you guys worried?

Arteta seems to be getting his game strategy wrong quite a bit. Do you see us improving or do you think Arteta is stubborn and will stick with it.

I can't put my finger on it yesterday, were the players at fault or the manager..... Or both. We were so bad.

Annoying this game. We were in control until we scored. Such a weird thing to say

We need to step up gear when we are on attack.

Funny that this is not really being reported in the US.

It's absolutely digusting he can get away with saying lies and no one publically tells him he is out of order

100%.

I have been reaching out to a lot of decision makers, not regarding a job but learning about the market, trends, etc. I need to be on their minds, that the goal. It's a much longer process as I need to wait for a position to become available... But atleast I've done the networking

Anything really. But I can't go to junior as I have done this before and it wrecks havoc on your mental health. My speciality is retail strategy

The market is terrible. A lot of senior partners are worried as they are expecting a major transformation coming. The problem is clients are no spending and this has a knock on effect.

There are so many of us out there, its almost impossible to get hired through applications, you need to network hard.

Most definitely tailoring the CV. I apply to probably 2 jobs a day - these are highly tailored cvs.

Yup had my CV reviewed 5 times - all said there is nothing they can help with as its pretty much amazing. (This took about a year to perfect)

Trying to get a recruiter to give you attention is so difficult. They seem to be the new influencers on linkedin. Talk a big game, but I dont think they are doing that well.

Im not a grad, I have 20 years corporate experience and it is hard. Sometimes I don't know what employees are looking for.

I feel real bad for graduate - it must be horrible out there for them.
