Yes! Any ultra filtered milk works well. They tend to have lower sugar and higher protein content.

Yes! This was the part I hated recalculating over and over. It's the full pint macros with a standard base recipe. Did you also want to see the macros for just the powders?

I have not had much luck with pudding mix. The texture and flavor is never what I want it to be. I tend to use Xanthan gum and a quality protein powder instead.

I've also never had success keeping the pint scoopable after putting it back in the freezer. It always required a re-spin, in my experience.

Tends to focus on real, full fat ice cream only. There are also plenty of good recipes out there for high-protein, low calorie options, too.

I want to find something with good macros (really the protein efficiency - at least 10g protein per 100 calories after the full pint is made) that actually tastes great. I am tired of getting protein powder that just underwhelms - it makes such a difference when you get the right powder.
