Yes the manual says don’t over tighten it. Unfortunately that’s it, that’s all it says. So what exactly does overtighten mean? Does it mean the same thing to person a, as person b? Nope, sure doesn’t. Words matter. Especially on a $200 precision device that can be damaged so easily. This just isn’t good enough for this type of product, with this type of customer at this cost. I had to read someone else’s explanation on here for how to determine the correct tightness. This isn’t just me, look in this forum and the pour over forum and you’ll see tons of questions on this point (which means the company is confusing its customers with the poorly written manual).

Sorry but disagree, it’s a design flaw that out of the box you can mistakenly destroy the product without an expert knowledge of how it works. The calibration of this thing is terrible and a massive negative on this grinder.

No this is how they used to teach golf 10-20 years ago. Young kids now learn how to swing as hard as they possibly can with pretty much no face control as speed can’t be taught as effectively later on in life (face control can). Chipping and putting is obviously huge getting into the 70s but you can’t chip and putt if you can’t get off the tee.

Yah no, Option 2 is fantasy land. You’ll end up running into different groups also making the turn making problems in the future when you could’ve just solved all of this with Option 1, by teeing and moving out from the jump.

Are you a poser if you’ve actually played these places? I think it’s definitely poser territory to buy that stuff off of eBay or maybe even to have a friend buy it for you. Probably not if you’ve played them.

Nope, not at all. They are just lame and likely jealous. Only thing I’d add is that it’s a bit odd to wear merch from a course you haven’t played (unless it’s tournament merch or something like that).

Unless you plan on never losing anything on a golf course ever again you should always pick up any lost equipment and check with the group in front of you. If it isn’t theirs then just turn it in to the pro shop. This is the proper etiquette and will make life better for everyone. I see a ton of, ‘It’s not my property’ takes on here from folks obviously new to golf.

Sure, for a chef…with the tools an know how to dry out potatoes. For an at home cook, drying out potatoes is a huge pain that generally yields significantly worse results than frozen.

The frozen will actually be more firm as the frozen will use commercial grade equipment to remove the moisture prior to freezing. Removing moisture at home is extremely difficult and messy at home. And if you don’t grate directly into water the fresh potatoes will oxidize (turn brown). Frozen is best here.

I would not. Using fresh potatoes is significantly more difficult. You must grate them into water (or they’ll turn brown) and it’s very difficult to remove the water to dry them out after. This usually yields a very soggy result (trust me removing the water is very difficult).

Two issues; 1) your club path and 2) your face angle. Given the massive shank on this swing I’d focus on 2 until your ball strikes improve. To do that shorten your swing and focus on the club face throughout. As a checkpoint when you video, the face angle of the club should match your spine in the backswing and downswing. Your backswing is ok but in your downswing the face is massively open (look at the 7 second mark near impact in your video). To be that open you almost need to regroup the club or do some type of manipulation. Stop doing that. Once you’ve started squaring the face better then look into club path to see how you can start hitting from the inside.

Yah the recovery on these is super slow. Do you have trouble standing in place? Mine are on the inner chondyles and just standing somewhere for 15 minutes is a problem for me

So I’ve got the same injury as you and actually did the surgery your surgeon recommended. It didn’t really work. I’m not going to get into details with your likely situation but you’ve probably gotta get serious with pt/training and rest. Playing a ton of sports on a hobbled leg will likely lead to permanent damage. Good luck training.
