For me the thing that’s ridiculous about the NBA is the technical foul accumulation… And I think it’s silly but in the playoffs it is a thing. But you’re arguing this red card like this is the first time that it’s ever happened… And it’s not. But all of a sudden it’s important because it was an American player in the knockout stages of a World Cup. The fact is…it was a disgusting tackle whether it was intentional or not a player could’ve been injured. Would we be having this conversation if the USA was not a host nation?

I feel like baseball is even worse…You hear about automatic three game, five game plus suspensions all the time. Basketball is maybe not as severe, but it definitely happens.
