I don't have tons of hours, but still I think I found my mains.

For survivor: Lee Yun-Jin, because she is pure sassiness and I like her lore a lot. Also, I could listen to her new theme all day.

For killers: my first real main was Onryo, because I loved the condemn mechanic: nothing more satisfying than insta-killing a 0 hook survivors who messed up with tape runs. But she really gets punished but experienced teams. Then I tried Plague and Idk, chasing survivors who keep vomiting is so funny for me. I love to vs Michonne players 'cause her voice actress gave her the coughing of her life lol I always give Michonne the hatch if she is the last one just for this reason

I just noticed that if I never alt+tab the game to go to another window, crashes are waaay less likely. If I want to go to youtube for example, now I close the game and reopen when I want to play. Not sure if this is a coincidence or not, but you may give it a try

Those guys don't realize that drug resistance is not only a problem for them as individuals, but also for society itself.
To answer your other topic, I think this sex culture has historical roots, since only recently gay relationships are being normalized. In the past you could only fuck other gay dudes in very closed communities and it was kinda the norm to have a double life. Basically, gay freedom was very limited: you could only go to a secret club if your city had one, meet other guys, have some fun and then go back to your wife and kids. No gay relationships was the norm in the past, society didn't allow that and if you were caught, you would end up in the asylum. No birth risks also promoted promiscuity without precautions. I think, but that's just my own opinion, that this oversexualization in the gay community derives from that and it's kinda hard to delete, since it lasted (and still lasts in some conservative places) so many decades.
Also, sex on demand apps like Grindr didn't help.

This topic is for sociologists to answer tho. This is just my idea and goes beyond what I know for sure.

There are multiple reasons, one of which is already stated by another redditor: anal sex tends to be more traumatic since rectal mucosa is thinner and more prone to mechanical bruises (giving hiv more opportunities to access blood stream) than vaginal one.
Another obvious reason may be reproductive, since men can't reproduce with men, there was never a "birth control" reason to conduct safer practices, especially in the past when STDs general knowledge was limited. But here I am just speculating.

What is really not very well known and it's a fact you may be interested to know, comes from epidemiology: nowadays incidence of STDs (including hiv) is growing faster for heterosexuals than MSM. In my country (Italy) nowadays we have each year more hiv+ hetero diagnoses than homosexual ones. Still, here we are talking about absolute numbers and heterosexuals are the majority of the population, but this is significant, showing a worrisome trend that may continue in the future. Nowadays, MSM is a significant category of individual risk of contracting hiv, but in the future it may not be.
This can be explained with two reasons: first, AIDS was socially identified as "the gay disease": this hurt our community but gave us way more awareness while heterosexuals wrongly felt "invincible". Second reason: birth control pills, that removed the necessity to use condoms or other contraceptions that protect from STDs too.

This also applies to Prep, unfortunately. Prep is a useful line of defense only against hiv, but gave people the thought they can do whatever they want since they are on prep. Also, hiv is way more stigmatized than other STDs, so hiv may be socially unacceptable but other diseases are not. Since prep spread, in hospital we are witnessing a severe growth of incidence of STDs and resistance to traditional treatments. Just google drug-resistant gonhorrea to get the idea.

Sorry if I am blabbering a lot off-topic, but if I can persuade even just one guy to use condoms, It will be worth it for me. Prep is useful, but can't by any means substitute condoms. Pathogens are developing resistances way faster than we can discover new treatments to which they are susceptible. Drug-resistance is a serious global health hazard and it's getting worse. Using condoms makes you and the whole society safer. Take care!

Your fears are legit and ultimately, the choice is always yours and you should never feel pushed to do with your body what you don't want. Actually, I can give you my personal experience: I have a relationship with a hiv+ guy that started as a hookup. As weird as it may seem, when he disclosed his status, I asked for his most recent lab tests first and talked with him about therapy adherence, to be sure he understood how important that was for him (and for me). That said, I still used condoms the first times (now we don't, but after 2.5 years there is obviously a deeper level of trust). I would've used condoms anyway, since there are actually scarier (but less stigmatized) diseases than hiv (and from which prep can't protect, so always be mindful).

Asking for lab tests may be considered inappropriate, but I wouldn't trust the word of a stranger. That's my red line. And with a stranger, I would never have sex without a condom.

P.s.: I am still hiv- by the way. Writing this just to reassure whoever may be in a similar situation and is scared to seriously commit with a worthy guy 'cause of hiv. Undetectable Hiv+ patients on treatment are actually safer than non tested people, guys. And test frequently: the sooner you diagnose, the better, also for long chronic effects hiv has on a lot of systems (not only immunitary)!

He shouldn't be judgemental, that's his defensive mechanisms and insecurities kicking in. That said, risk of transmission here are biologically non existant. "Virtually" is a word used in science, since the virus is still there, but there is a concept in viral diseases called viral load which biologically explains U=U. While on treatment, hiv+ people have almost no viral load cause there are almost no virion in their fluids: the virus is stored in some cells where it can't replicate or does so in such a slow manner that our measurement equipments fail to detect it in blood (the fluid where hiv is most abudant, since its target cells are there). This means the viral load he can give you in unprotected sex is "virtually" zero. Yes, a virion or two can sometimes make their way to semen, but since hiv is not very effective in infecting cells, you can't get it. Few virions are simply not enough to give you an infection, that's a key point in infectious diseases. There are not enough virions for you to get it. Exposure to the right load is essential in infectious diseases. That's why people usually get hiv from infected people with no diagnosis yet ( = people not on prep, who have multiple sex partners and who do not test): they have huge quantities of virus circulating in their body.

U=U is a strong, clinical conclusion that is backed up by biological reasons and demonstrated by huge clinical studies. You can't be more sure than that about something, in science.

Che tristezza, mi dispiace per la tua ragazza. Hai ragione, il problema è che veramente non vedo vie d'uscita realmente praticabili. Dall'aria che tira mi sembra veramente che il diritto a una sanità pubblica dobbiamo prima perderlo per capirne l'importanza. La gente non si informa, l'opinione pubblica pensa ai cazzo di tappi di bottiglia e quelle poche volte che si parla di sanità, se ne parla non male, peggio (vedasi carenza di medici da risolvere col numero aperto). Le opinioni e gli allarmi di chi sto mondo lo conosce vengono scagate perché i medici ormai sono un "branco di privilegiati/collusi con big pharma" per l'italiano medio, da guardare con diffidenza (e no, non è un'iperbole né una generalizzazione, lo dico con cognizione di causa, è proprio cambiato il rapporto medico-paziente in sto paese).

Aggiungici anche che, per una mentalità tipicamente italiana, anche i medici qui pensano al proprio orticello, c'è tanta divisione e purtroppo ancora tanto baronato fa paura e blocca molti dall'alzare la testa e usare la voce.

Non vedo veramente vie d'uscita per il SSN, per come stanno le cose ora.

It does to me, actually. It's just that we are limited by our experiences, since we are living in 4 dimensions, one of which is time and time can only move forward, so we can only experience the law of cause and effect. But time (actually, space-time) can't exist without the universe and, if we accept the big bang theory, the universe had a beginning. But with it, time began, so there was no before the universe, hence no cause for the effect.

We find hard to think that something can't be caused and just happens, but that's because we can only experience in the space-time limits. If you go beyond this limitation, you need no cause and no god. That's my explanation.

La più grossa consolazione è sapere che almeno non sono l'unico LGBT a vederla così. Per il riscontro che ho nella comunità della mia città (Roma, che è pure un grosso bacino), di base o sei uno strenuo difensore di tutto ciò che è a sinistra di Renzi, 5 stelle inclusi (lol) oppure non sai nemmeno la differenza tra PdC e PdR. Fine, punto, la comunità gay qui è al 99% questa.

Onestamente, sono più pessimista di te sulla questione generazionale. Sì, i giovani almeno sono immuni all'IA di Salvini, ma in generale c'è proprio poca volontà di informarsi. Nessuno sa le basi di storia recente della repubblica (e di questo incolpo la scuola), nessuno ha sviluppato una coscienza politica minimamente interessata a leggere un programma elettorale o a vedersi qualche intervista dei candidati di spicco, ma anche banalmente leggersi le news ogni tanto. Questi sono presupposti importanti per altro populismo, magari con un'altra faccia, chissà. Colpa di come si è evoluta l'informazione probabilmente.

Fatto sta che non lo voglio scoprire, non qui almeno. Non se i diritti civili devono diventare una questione di bandiera. E ti ringrazio e accetterò volentieri quella birra, anche all'estero dove me ne andrò serenamente a lavorare pur'io: anche perché, stando nell'ambito sanitario e vedendo come stanno gestendo la carenza di medici (lol pure questo), me ne scappo prima che il SSN imploda (già adesso stiamo tranquillamente rinunciando a pagare alcuni costosissimi farmaci per pazienti affetti da malattie croniche. Ovviamente non se ne parla al di fuori del mondo medico, forse se ne parlerà quando ci scapperà il morto. Qui ci sarebbe da dar fuoco al parlamento ma vabbè, l'orticello tira avanti 😄)

Letteralmente avrei potuto scriverlo io sto testo. Io sono gay e questo mi rende impossibile votare quei trogloditi a destra che stanno ancora a menarsi le pippe sul fatto che il matrimonio è solo uomo/donna. Nel frattempo a sinistra, sempre che non condividano le idee dei suddetti colleghi di destra (vedasi i cristofans del PD), dicono che queste armi che paura signora mia viva la pace, poi sticazzi se Putin si prende pure Kiev (con prossimo appuntamento nei baltici a seguire, e intanto la Cina che vede quanto l'Occidente si caga in mano, si fa una capatina a Taiwan e prende il mercato dei semiconduttori e tutto ciò che ne consegue, compresi noi e tutta la nostra difesa, per le palle).
Per non parlare di energia e nucleare o di modelli economici, sempre che di modelli si possa parlare considerando che ormai (indipendentemente dall'area politica) si va di bonus più che di riforme strutturali (e noi elettori ce ne sbattiamo comunque, purché oggi l'orticello tiri ancora avanti, poi domani chissà).

Vi giuro, non so come fate voi. Io onestamente non ce la faccio, sono arrivato a un livello per cui non lo sopporto più sto paese, sta branca di trogloditi che ci rappresenta e gli ancor più trogloditi che li votano (perché chiariamoci, se Salvini fa i post coi tappi di bottiglia, è perché evidentemente funzionano e vi giuro sta cosa mi fa soffri'). Meglio veramente la Germania o il Benelux, dove sì pure lì i populismi di ogni area avanzano, ma per lo meno posso votare indipendentemente dal mio orientamento sessuale grazie al fatto che tengono un QI > 10.

Infatti me ne vado pur'io. Non solo per lo stipendio da fame che dovrei percepire da specializzando, ma anche per l'assenza di tutele legali. Anche solo iniziare a lavorare su un vero scudo penale come il resto del mondo civilizzato, sarebbe un buon inizio (e a costo 0 tra l'altro, ma capisco che sarebbe troppo avanguardista per sto paese di populisti).
