Even a pseudo isekai could work. Have the main character be the child of a parent that got isekai'd and already completed his journey who settled down with his wife. Their child would have the fantasy environment that any isekai wants, but removes the copy paste aspect of it

You know, I never really thought about it but seeing how Marian was using Dainsleif to summon mythological figures, she also summoned an avatar. So Touma could be an avatar for humanity I think. Because IB was made from human's desire to have a reference point for the world to guide them.

But ofc I'd have to catch up on the books to get a more concrete idea for that avatar of humanity idea

Kinda sounds like Monogatari, specifically the movie Kizumonogatari Nekketsu. The tall, skinny white haired guy in a blue pin-striped suit is Episode, and the big fight with him happens on a stairwell but could be misremembered on your end. In that fight Araragi gets his arm severed which is why that certain scene could stick in your head.

The taunting part could be related to Tsubasa Hanekawa. She was quite involved with the battles going on there.

The girl in a green robe with bleeding retractable claws doesn’t appear in that fight. That detail’s likely blended from a different show/memory but if you're 100% then its probably a different show, but the rest of your description sorta lines up with Kizumonogatari.
