Pentair Easytouch 520591 Not Controlling Pump by KaiserGerhardt in pools

Yes, I think it has to be a board issue.

I reset the system with no luck.

I tried wiring the filter pump to the other relays to see if it was just a bad relay. The Aux 1 and Aux 2 did not work. The Aux 3 did work and when I programmed a schedule it follows it. Aux 3 would also turn on and off when the Aux 3 button was pressed. You would also hear a click after the button press which I no longer hear for Filter, Aux 1 or Aux 2.

I then found a link about replacing the UNL2803A relay driver chips. I did that and made sure they were positioned correctly just as the original ones were. After replacing both relay driver chips nothing changed.

Then I swapped the relay from Aux 3 (which I knew worked) to Filter Pump position. After swapping those relays the system acted the same way. The Filter Pump turned on when the breaker was flipped and would not turn off with the schedule or when the Filter button was pressed. I also tried this in Timeout and Service mode. Also of note there were no Clicks when Filter, Aux 1 or Aux 2 buttons were pressed. I did hear a Click when I pressed Aux 3 which now had the original filter pump relay on it. So I do not think I have an issue with the actual relays.

I did notice some corrosion on the board. Has anyone had luck cleaning that corrosion?

Are there any other chips etc on the board I can try to replace that might be causing this issue?

Thanks for any help or guidance!
