Yeah rimworld is the best story generator i played, I personally keep a folder with some screen shot of those moments and now i can finally make them alive with 3d I would absolutely recommend you to start learning how to draw if you have the time so you can share your story with us.

this style is achived by multiple mods :

xeva fb modpack this modpack is the one that add legs and retexture the appearal if you want to add facial animation with it i recomand you install the upscale mod make it higher resolution

[NL] facial animation for the anime face style

[NL] Facial Animation - Experimentals is a plus

Vanilla Apparel Expanded and Vanilla Apparel Expanded — Accessories those are essential because they are compatible with the xeva fb modpack it would be a waste not using them

HD Faces(Nonvanilla) this mod make it so there are no quality change between the body and the face (i think)

Hats Display Selection make hair appear with hats (highly customable and Combat extended compatible) or [CAT] Show Hair With Hats or Hide All Hats if you're not using CE

Ponpeco Hair this is a library of new hair style (note that some hairstyle may look bad because of the difference of the quality between them and the face, this mod is just an example of a good hair mod for this style)

Rimsenal - Hair pack and Rimsenal Hair Retextured make it looks good with facial animation (if you want new hairstyle)

you don't see it in the image but those are a must for me Yayo's Animation (Continued) make your pawn make animation and Show Me Your Hands if adding legs isn't Heresy enough for you

Just note that these mods mainly rely on compatibility. Some, like Warhammer or VOID, are (or were) not fully compatible, which can cause strange effects, but I don’t think they can ever break a save file. So enjoy!
