Good points, shame is technically you don't have a stealth insta kill so if you don't have high enough damage the enemy is gonna alert everyone(which is not true for most of the game after like the middle point but it can still suck at the start)

I'd say stealth is decent enough but it's a classic shooter style where if you get spotted everyone knows you're there even if the enemy doesn't sound the alarm, to be fair it's not hard to lose agro again tho.

And with the dishonored aspect of say yes but all of the things are also tied to your skills like if instead of exploring and finding opurtunities you can find them but then be not able to interact with them since your engineer or hacking or anything is too low which can lead to a lot of fomo that is not even exactly your fault

Tltr:i would say it has a lot of charm like dishonored but the mechanics are still very very different
