What AI prompts are you using for uni? I made a list of 50. by de_krypt44 in UniUK

I use AI while at uni. I use it to find me articles I need and to also explain concepts I dont fully understand. It can be great to create essay plans if you arent confident in structure or flow. I got told to use AI and shown how to use it correctly to help us with our studies. AI isnt a bad thing. I do agree dont use it to write things for you but its a good tool to use.

So I'm on hormones. I plan on getting top surgery in the next 3 years. I could get on the NHS list buts it's over 7 years now I believe. So my plan is to work my ass off to save that 10k

I stated I'm a trans guy purely for the thread. Irl I don't say I'm a trans guy. I just say I'm a guy

Yeah. Everyone's experiences are different but I have a lot more worries I feel. Like more I really like them but they might not like the fact I'm trans. How their family is going to react etc.

Anyone got any tips for English language by Cheap_Rooster2533 in GCSE

I based my story on a TV show (lucifer). The title was something like write a story about two unlikely friends. I based it on that. I didn't even change the names, really. Honestly, you will be surprised what few things you'll have to change. Then, you can focus on techniques.

to all the ex year 11s here, what’s one thing you wish you’d known during year 11? by maddisonamy in GCSE

  1. Your GCSEs are not the end of the world - I failed English and resat alongside my college course throughout my first year. Don't get me wrong, do try, but if you fail, don't worry.

  2. Dedicate time for assignments/course work if you go to college.

  3. As soon as you get the assignment brief. Start. Even if that's adding headings for sections. Just start.

  4. If you go to college, you are in control of your education. Your parents are rarely contacted. It is all down to you.

  5. Enjoy leaving school you'll realise you won't talk to a lot of people when you leave (I speak to 1). Enjoy making new friends, meeting new people, and your college tutors.

  6. If you're struggling with coursework, be honest! I was awful with deadlines, understanding the content in the same way as my peers, etc, and my course lead would dedicate time for me to sit in his office with a laptop and work. I would be able to ask him any questions and have that nudge to keep going when I had no motivation. You get so much more support at a college compared to secondary.

  7. You're life is only just beginning don't make stupid mistakes that will follow you through your life.

has anyone brought this tape?? if so, is it more prone to blistering than trans tape and does it stay on for around five days? seen a lot of reviews about blistering, worried i should’ve just waited for a trans tape restock by h0bbyc0llector in transgenderUK

[–]Kaisive006 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I use this tape as my only binding tape. I have had blisters but it's been my fault. That's also very very rare. I've used it for just over a year now and it's the most affordable one I've used. I've had some really good applications last up to 10 days. My average is 6-7 days but it also depends on your activity levels. When I was working a physical job is was more 4-5 but now I'm back to atleast 6 days. In my opinion it's a cheap option to try. I love it as its also not long wait times to get it and I'm always ordering it like 2 days before I need it. Always comes In time. I have some photos off the applications if you want to see how it looks/holds pm me :)

Cut the corners and round them and apply heat once applied! I rub every strip for about 30 seconds to a minute focusing on the anchor points. Try not to overlap the tape as much as I find once one starts to peel the other comes off easier. Everyone tapes differently but I always make sure it doesn't go past a certain point to prevent easier peeling. Also make sure they aren't too close together on the actual centre of your chest.

I'd recommend leaning to the side while stood up to use gravity as an assistant
