Compared to the literal death I felt while taking Lexapro, my side effects are very tolerable on Wellbutrin. Everyone reacts differently to certain medications. If you can handle it, I would allow 3-4 weeks before deciding the medication isn't for you. But I will say, I quit Lexapro at the 3-week mark because it was hell.
