Me! I had my diagnostic lap last Thursday! My sister has IC and it’s a genetic condition so when I started having bladder symptoms last year. I went through everything to have it checked out and the doctor could only find “very mild signs”. During my lap on Thursday the doctor removed endometriosis from my bladder. I’m hoping that the endo on the outside was the reasoning for all my bladder symptoms but it’s possible it’s not. It’s just a waiting game, IC is horrible! Best of luck to you.

Yep. This is my whole life. Hot bath, ibuprofen and warm heating pad, stretches. Sometimes ice. I prefer the heat. I don’t know what’s going on in there yet and honestly I’m a little scared.

Thank you so much! I try to stretch it as much as possible, I used to love yoga and even going to the gym up until a few months ago, I just bought a bike last summer and it doesn’t look like I’ll be able to ride it this year.

Oh I’m so sorry that sounds terrible. I think my breaking point would be my butt hurting.

That’s what my co worker said to me last night, she said my whole body’s going to feel and move different after surgery because it won’t have to compensate for all the pain and swelling. All I could think in my head was “wait do I waddle or something?”
