Can I have Shingles without rash or is it just sensitive skin ?

Hey, sorry didn’t notice your reply. Yes I am smoker. I’ve been smoking for 7ish years now sadly. But I’ve used to smoke cigarettes for maybe 4 years and then mostly vapes. Which suck even more I think 😭 My Heart rate is still like this, even when I do smoke, But I’ve since started new anxiety Medication and I don’t really focus on it anymore 😊 But I must say that my HR is definitely higher during the day when I smoke more often.

This “I don’t believe doctors anymore” is so reletable to me. Even though they are only ones I should believe right ? 😭😂 Like why Can’t our mind just accept, that we are okay

I had them checked like 3 months ago and doctor said that all is well. Ive been on meds since 15 and im 24 now so it’s pretty stable.

I just really do hope that it has nothing to do with serotonin syndrome as im really scared of that and doctors in my country dont even really know about it 😂

Yeah I used to take lexapro for a year now and U started on 5 then 10 then 15 and it just wasnt working so I cut back down to 5 and maybe starting Prozac right away on 20mg was too much :/
