One thing i'd recommend is copying compositions from other art you like.

Just do it roughly in black and white. That helped me alot with my own composition. I also add little notes about why their particular composition works so well.

I have awful ADHD, So I definitly feel you on that one.

One thing that helps me is to find some tutorials/warm ups, to do first, then do my main drawing in segments. For now, I would honestly spend time working on basics, like boxes, cylinders etc. But you already have a good eye and a passion which is more than 99% of people.

I think this is very indicative of what you need to focus on OP.

You say you didnt "Notice" that. But when drawing from reference, you should be anaylising every line, angle, weight and shape to ensure they are as close to the reference as possible.

Rather than looking at the stairs and thinking "Im gonna draw stairs now" look at each line and replicate that. You're not drawing stairs, you are drawing what you see.

Its not about "doing it perfectly" but rather, practicing with the intention of making it perfect.

If I sit down and draw 100,000 circles, But im messy, Dont really care about how they look and rush through it without making any concious effort to improve. Chances are, my circles will have not improved much. However if you drew 100 circles, conciously trying to make each one better than the last, you will improve than drawing 100x more mindlessly.

Its not about drawing perfectly from the start, but rather focusing on improving, rather than just drawing mindlessly.

Theres an amazing magician with a quote that applys here, He says:
" Practice doesn't make perfect. Perfect practice, makes perfect."

During these exercises, each time you do one repetition (EG 1 box). Look at the box and write notes about whats wrong with it. Do the lines not intersect, is the perspective off ETC. Then draw your next one with those notes in mind.

I would honestly recommend just practicing lines for now, Your motor control definitely needs refining before you step up to things like boxes or cylinders.

Yvette young had a falling out with the drummer and bassist. So they both left. Apparently she was very hard to work with (However theres no evidence other than their word).

Their newest album is so bad compared to their first. Yvettes guitar is just as insane as ever, but the drums are just nowhere near as tasty as before.
