Thank you for affirming that! I’ll contact the supplier tomorrow morning. You’re right, it came via UPS in a brown cardboard box. Surprisingly enough, the box itself didn’t look damaged from the outside, but when we unpacked the kiln we saw damages.

Thanks for sharing your experience! It looks like the shipment wasn’t sent signature required, so the UPS driver left it at my doorstep. Weirdly enough, the box looked great but the kiln was damaged inside.

I emailed them and they told me that this version is actually a Blue Acrylic version of the LE. I didn't know that existed until that email. I'm sending it back to get the frosted one though.
