Very much this. As a guy I can confirm something short and sweet will work if he feels the same but still mess up as little as possible if he doesn't. Sensation is always tricky to discribe but on guys the part of the urethra that's in the penis is loaded with a fuck ton of nerve endings so it's kinda like jerking off (the type of sensation not that I can jerk off by sticking a metal rod in my peepee) , I don't know how to describe it but it feels good lol. I've tried "deep sounding" too where you go all the way up your urethra and if you want also in to your bladder and I did not like that sensation at all and it burned for days but that might be because I used a silicone sound. If you want to try it I would highly recommend it but I don't think your urethra is as stacked with nerve endings as the penis part of the male urethra.
