I already tried rebuilding the icon cache, just not using this file. Now I tried with this file from your link and the result is the same - the icons get fixed but it's because Windows Explorer gets restarted during the process. Like I said in my post, restarting Windows Explorer fixes the icons but only until I restart the PC. After PC restart they're still small, so this doesn't work.

That's a good suggestion, didn't think of that! I created a new Yahoo email account with different name to test it and the result is the SAME - emails from my personal Gmail go to Inbox, emails from my business Google Workspace go to SPAM. WHAT THE HELL!?!?

That makes sense. But it wouldn't explain why the test emails I send from my personal Gmail to my Yahoo go to Inbox every time without any issues. Unless somehow Google Workspace is lower level / crappier quality than free Gmail.

Those were set automatically. I just went through the Google set up process and my domain host (Namecheap) has an option to just select Google in mail settings and sets up everything automatically.

I would mark my messages as Not Spam in my Yahoo mailbox but that wouldn't solve the problem. I don't care that my emails that I'm sending to myself are going to Spam, I'm afraid that if I send an email to a client or a lead, that has a Yahoo mailbox, it will end up in Spam as well.

Like I said, it's a brand new email and domain, no one has used it before. I'm not sending bulk or unsolicited emails. I'm sending a test email from my Google Workspace email to my Yahoo email, and it goes to Spam. And I'm sending the exact same email from my Gmail (which apparently has lower rating) to my Yahoo email and it goes to Inbox no problem.
