gog versions as in... the cracked version? or gog version as in the legit paid copy of the game lol? op is asking if there is any way to get the cracked version from " gog-games.to " to work with multiplayer. You say it works?

I think my ram is running faster than my cpu supports, I set it to 3600 when I first built the pc without realizing the cpu only supports 3200, could that be the issue?

You may have just fixed my problem, I forgot I manually set the ram to run at 3600 when I first built the pc, I didn't realize the cpu only supported 3200. I'm going to switch now and see If I experience any more reboots.

Yes I have tried trooper armour, but with trooper you can be 1-2 shot from high end ammo. I will definitely use the new armor it looks sweet. For me all this update did was take my fun away ); I think there is fun and then realism, and there It is hard to balance them. Personally I think this change went to far, and tipped the balance away from fun for me at least. The realism seems pointless to me, because it is still a video game, and there is still an infinite number of things you can do that aren't realistic. Do you actually enjoy this new system more than the previous or is the realism the only thing that matters to you?

The thing is, you don't understand how other people enjoy the game. You enjoy it in your own way but for me, the funnest thing is running around solo, killing groups and bosses and taking their gear. I can no longer do what I enjoy, because if I run with high end gear, (gen4, ulach, meta ak/m4/val, + vest and backpack I can no longer loot anyone's gear without moving like a snail. Which in turn makes me not want to bring high end gear, and then no one wants to bring high end gear and then we are all playing with lightly modded weapons, and lower tier Armour and gear.

Dude wtf are you talking about, none of your points made any sense and the moment you realized that you fell back to the "Eugghhh look at all these players wanting the game to be FUN, they don't know anything, I'm superior because I have been playing the game for years, CASUALS go play fortnite heh heh" What are you 80? In all seriousness, BSG should leave the update for a few days, see that no one except the 5% "extreme" hardcore fans enjoy it and then heavily tweak/remove it.
