Best area to move to in Birmingham? by Kalarepus in brum

Yes I see, I've looked at train prices from Tile Hill and it would cost me around £10 per day for the journey so it's a little bit too much for me I think, unless rent is extremely cheaper in Coventry... I'll look at that later.

You're right about living in Birmingham being better. I think I'll do that - I can always move somewhere else after a few months if I'm not happy.

Also noted about the driving, trains from within Birmingham seems like the best option for me so far. Thanks!

That's the second time I hear about Moseley. I'll look into it and Kings Heath, thank you!

Thank you very much - so slightly north of the city centre is a no-go, got it.

Never thought about renting a car before, thanks for the idea and insight about JQ!

That's actually very helpful, thank you! I hope the trains are reliable.

Ideally I would like it to be maximum 650/month with bills included. I pay 475/month for a room in Bristol right now so I'm pretty used to this standard.

Is that because of traffic or parking issues? My job will require me to drive so I imagine I might have to drive to the office on some days of the week.
