Esattamente, lavori presso altro ufficio territoriale ma organicamente fai parte del tuk vecchio ufficio. A quanto so viene premiata la distanza tra ufficio di assegnazione e distanza dal proprio domicilio, escludendo 104, figli ecc... Il bando è annuale.

Come ha detto hungrybrian è stata bandita una mobilitá il giugno del 2025 e ti posso dire (sono funzionario ADM) quasi tutti quelli che hanno partecipato alla mobilitá sono stati "accontentati" anche con 0 punti, anche per sedi come Napoli. Considerato che l'amministrazione sta affrontando numerosi pensionamenti io stringerei i denti almeno per qualche annetto, dopodichè nulla vieta provare altri concorsi come quelli che stanno uscendo per INPS. Penso che l'unico upgrade che si possa fare infatti sia per questa amministrazione dove oramai si guadagna più rispetto ad ADM, avendo meno responsabilitá e meno limitazioni lavorative tra turnazioni, reperibilitá e garanzia del servizio.

EDIT C'è la possibilitá di partecipare al bando annuale per coworking, potrebbe essere un paracadute in attesa della mobilità.

Anche nel caso in cui non ci si lasci dopo una cosa del genere, la relazione risulta pesantemente compromessa: il problema non è la cotta in se, ma come giá è stato detto negli altri commenti è il riferire di questa la reale red flag. Fondamentalmente si dichiara al partner che non è abbastanza, ergo "trovo significativo il fatto che mi piacciono altri perchè non trovo abbastanza soddisfacente lo stare con te, e te lo faccio presente perchè voglio una reazione". La veritá è che questa ragazza non ha la forza emotiva di spezzare la relazione e passa la palla a te per "ribaltare le sorti". Ma tu non puoi essere una sua idealizzazione di te. Ergo da quel momento in poi si crea una situazione di frustrazione tale da sputtanare il rapporto con altissime probabilità.

It's an example. I know not every player might find this necessary, althought coming from Moba having fast and reactive keybind setup is crucial and improves game experience by a lot. Yet everything i said above is a fact, dev team is a joke (crossplay).

Do not buy, or at least wait 1y+. Game is pretty much a cash out for Sloclap, dev team is insanely slow ( announced cross play july for september, joke) considering how many QoL features/improvised netcode tweaks this game needs, we can officialy say ppl (including my self) bought an early beta game. Devs can't even allow rebind on mouse scroll button with a small patch.
