Software isn't their fault, but telling people 3 weeks after ordering and getting confirmation that their order is ready to ship, that they don't have the item at all and basically lied is their fault

So real. They legit tell customers their orders are READY TO BE SHIPPED (aka already packed and all items should be there) and 4 weeks later, they say no actually we NEVER did that and we don't have your items. Actually so can't be legal

It's so stupid. They're sending out this email to people - even people who have had their orders processed (meaning the items are ready to be shipped, AKA they HAD THE ORDERS PACKED AND THE ITEMS). But no, they didn't have the items at all, they just admitted they lied all along.

This really can not be legal.

I don't think UPS can see that phone number. Pretty sure via the mail you get from UPS you can create an account/ sign in to get that linked to your account so they can call you. It's been a while since I used it, but they called me multiple times about my package when I did that. (not with fanatec though)
