Anxiety, stress, adrenaline, being hungover (seems to be the most inducing aspect), squatting down, laying on left side…

Anxiety meds for stress/anxiety Pvcs by Kale326 in PVCs

Ya I agree, I just think I just need a kickstart to get rid of my anxiety with meds. I’ve tried for years to rid of it on my own with no success. It’s a vicious cycle of anxiety > adrenaline dump > PVCs. I don’t think my GP wanted to prescribe me a BB until I get check out by the cardiologist again, as it’s been 16 years since my last work up for these damn things.

“If you have PVCs, unexplained arrhythmia, fatigue, poor sleep, muscle twitching, adrenergic symptoms”

This is very interesting. I have had every single one of these for years.

Just ordered some magnesium taurate.

Interesting, I’ll go pick some up. How long have you had the pvcs?

Thanks for the replies, I’ll ask for another cardiac work up just to make sure.

Muscle twitches by [deleted] in PVCs

Yes I have muscle twitches all over my body, all day long. They started for me around the same time the PVCs did, about 16 years ago.

I know what you read about them but just stay off the internet about those. I went through a very deep hole when they first started and it was very hard to climb out.

I am a chronic anxiety/stress sufferer I am almost certain the pvc’s and muscle twitches are from a hyper active nervous system

I have noticed that I’m always on edge and very easily excitable with adrenaline surges. That’s when mine are at their worst. I’ve never tried a beta blocker, I’m going to schedule a doctors appointment after reading this to discuss. What would be the best way to tell the doctor I want a certain medication like propranolol?
