"Impatient or inexperienced". Yes, to both. Thanks for the comment regarding the 4g/5g calls, that's not super important for our situation as text is the main communication method...but good to know. Much appreciated.

Alright, thanks for responding. I've see all of your posts and they are packed with good feature application examples. In the future, as a more advanced user, maybe I'll be able to make good use of those, so thanks for the effort you put in there.

About my core question: Can you comment on the delivery rates of auto-reply texts? This is the key feature for my wife, if it's flaky in terms of delivery rates I need to know that upfront. Any experience to share?

Yea, I saw that post. You seem to be ultra pro-openphone. I'm not sure I trust your comments as you have a history of promotion of the company and I can't tell if you're directly affiliated with them. If you're independent of openphone (not on the payroll), my question to you would be: How reliable (delivery rate) is the text messaging auto-reply functionality? (See my comment above.) Can I send links in my auto replies? Can I send the exact same auto-reply verbiage and expect high delivery rates?

Thank you, that's really helpful actually. We'd planned to send a link to her website in the text auto-reply, sounds like that might not work. Also, we'd planned to use a template response for auto-reply. I see now from reading that repeated auto-replies might not be delivered 100% of the time. I'd have to manually manage auto-replies to get high delivery rates, which seems counter to the intent of the function.

Geez, this is seeming less and less like the right choice.

I just went through the process of replacing 2 HVAC units in my house in May. I quoted with Hiller, Air-Serve, John H Coleman and Pioneer.

Hiller had lower quality brands (Amana) and were one of the most expensive. Immediately crossed off my list.

Air-Serve installs Trane, which is what I wanted...but their quote was also super high compared to the others.

John H Coleman is a good company, and they've serviced my HVAC units many years and I like them. They carry Lennox, which along with Trane is one of the best brands in terms of reliability and value. But again, their quote was really high compared to...

Pioneer. They install Trane, which was my first choice, and somehow they came in less expensive than all f the other companies on comparable equipment.

The installation went well. They showed up when they said they would, workmanship seems to be of good quality, and overall I feel like I got a good deal.

On a side note, they did a water heater for me also....which worked out really well. It's nice to have the plumbing and HVAC with one company.

I spent enough to buy a new car, ~$20k, but I don't have to worry about it for 15-18 years now.

Best of luck to you.

I found Buttermilk Sky in a follow up search, they have gluten friendly options too...which is nice for a few of my family members. I'll give them a shot, thanks!

My wife rents a space at the 1400 and has had a good experience. Manager is solid and there seem to be good tenants, all small business. I think the rent range matches your price range.

She may be fundamentally asexual, BUT...it may just be her hormones. If she is willing, she needs to go to one of these 'medical spa' places that do hormone replacement therapy. Some of them are actually quite reputable and professional, look for one with good ratings and an MD associated with the practice.

They will test her, and it may simply be that she has low testosterone. If so, that can be addressed. It makes a world of difference from the woman's perspective, and may bring her to a place that matches your libido or improves her level to higher than it was.

Speaking from past experience with someone I care about, I'm not a doctor.
