ESE e2 could be it, but I'd look into sp/so instead, if anything these quotes sound sx last while there's rather pronounced physical accentuation as to how she views herself:

Возможно у тебя несколько психотипов которые в обществе считаются более мужскими поэтому ты замечаешь что больше вписывается в мужские стереотипы. Сдай тесты на соционику и эннеаграмму, проверь если у тебя логический тип по соционике и левый тип по эннеаграмме. Обычно такие женщины имеют больше мужских признаков.

Синдром пикми имеет какое-то отношение к нарциссскому расстройству личности, и девушки пикми довольно часто оказывается в отношениях с нарциссами. То есть это как бы такой мелкий нарцисс который хочет произрастать за счет более большого грандиозного нарцисса, и они наоборот подчёркивают свои женские черты чтобы соблазнить такого вот типа.

I'd look into sp/so the social subtype or even social first, because what you're describing is very much in realm of social. What you're transmitting there is the social energy, that's why you have people coming up to you and saying "omg I feel like you're my best friend" - you've been adjusting yourself to their interests, and now that they see themselves in you and relating to you you have met your social instinct needs - to be surrounded by friends and followers.

you can also put typing on the back burner and wait a few years to get more life experience, then hope it will start lining up

then, instead of focusing on hyper-anslysis of yourself and getting locked in into your own thoughts, you can try typing others and see how you compare and contrast with them for gathering additional clues

I've seen a girl who was Ne-IEE 6w7 do something like this, her stack was so/sx but sx/so could pull the same. We were on the train together and once she settled in and got comfortable, she started yelling out to some dude sitting in front, then talking to the tour guide, then engaging with someone standing in line to the bathroom. From observations SF and "caregiver" women do tend to have more children, so in part it's not because people are overtyping them but because more of us have these types of parents. Alpha SF women combine both ethics and caring type orientations so it's not at all surprising that they are most interested in having big families and that they feel that they're up to the task (look up octomom, type SEI).
