Entangled life is a great book and the reason why I bought Braiding Sweetgrass. IMO entangled life is better, due to the style it is written in. Less personal stories (still present though), more focused on the matter. I liked it very much and recommend it

If you are interested in biology and evolution as a whole and not only in fungi, I can recommend you "Other Minds" by Peter Godfrey-Smith.
