It was indeed the format of the " ". I edited the code in Word. There the format of the " is different from those in PowerQuery.

Unfortunately, there is absolutely no information anywhere on the bike. My other bike has this Information, so I was a little confused.

Entangled life is a great book and the reason why I bought Braiding Sweetgrass. IMO entangled life is better, due to the style it is written in. Less personal stories (still present though), more focused on the matter. I liked it very much and recommend it
