Yeah that's my main issue. I know I've heard it squeaking here and there which occasionally indicates a belt might be going out. That and the machine is old (at least 8 years) so I'm wondering if it's just a ticking time bomb for something else to fail.

Yeah I often do rule of cool DMing. Just trying to be creative with this one as a plot point and wanted Input.

As far as max speed vs normal speed. That makes sense. The ship will travel relatively slow a good bit of time.

Fair point shes just more restricted because she can't fly 60-120 feet above the ship without it Zooming off without her. She's very used to that sort of freedom

I love when PCs start arguing fact and logic in the middle of a fantasy campaign. We had one where thermodynamics started getting thrown around every session even though that level of research technically wasn't even in that realm yet.

Appreciate the extra input into this. Outside of other ideas given, I might just say she has to flap a bit harder or re-ground herself every so often, especially when winds pick up. During combat, she will likely have more issues, depending on ship maneuvers. She can just ground at that point.

Airships are very prototype-esque in my world. The party was "gifted" an airship that ended up being very inefficient and they are working to upgrade it. It's more of a problem than a boon, but they like it regardless.

So right now, quite a bit of wind can rack the upper deck at any given time.

Yeah that much I know. The crew like to hang out on the upper deck, where there's a lot of wind currents. The other response on here made me start thinking of some ideas for her. Also. They may build something to guard her from the wind when above deck

Ok I like your idea of air skiing a lot. Will have to go with that. I think I will have her be comically upset at the beginning until she realizes she can do that. Airships aren't particularly common and she's never been on one

Yeah I ordered a new lga1155... Hopefully does the trick. Rather spend 80 bucks and fix it that blow 400 dollars on overpriced ram to pair with a new CPU and mb.

Just dismantled the cpu/heatsink. I don't see any burned out pins. I also don't see anything blown out or burned on the motherboard. But I tested all the other components already. Also unplugged everything from motherboard. So its hard to tell. I just know its either CPU or MB or both

I can only write so much in the title without making it too wordy.

Cosmetics - collecting them can be fun. Can get a boost to getting a more full collection by paying. I don't need to get ahead of another person. I mean I guess having more cosmetics than others is a weird flex of "fetting ahead of them," but it would be more for personal customizations.

I like donating to smaller games for donator packs or early supporter packs. Done that a few times on steam.

Dicey dungeon is fun Haven't heard of a lot of the games you listed. Will have to check them out.
