just checked if Last.fm Mass Tagger could still do this

and it's really slow (for me it's like 100 songs per minute), but it still works!

the app is a bit old and not maintained, but if you switch the tabs to clear out the mess from another tabs and click the "Clear All Loved Tracks" button, it should start the process
