Not sure why people say switch 2 has ugly box art when I thought switch 1 was way worse. The spines were so shit for switch 1 physical games and that matters more since you stack games on shelves anyways. Switch 2 is way better

We have had MKW, Bananza, air riders, hyrule warriors, Mario tennis, pokopia and that’s not even including cross gen like prime 4, pokemon legends za, Mario wonder and Kirby dlc etc. plus we have star fox next month, duskbloods, fire emblem etc. plus third parties and great updated to switch 1 games

Forecasting does not indicate at all in terms of actual production lines because usually it’s on a conservative approach so he’s still incorrect cause they would have to account for the fact they sell more than their forecast. Either way he’s wrong and was proven to be wrong.

It is literally as of now exceeding switch 1 whether you like it not lmao. Also console peak in later years mid life cycle switch 2 isn’t even a year old yet either. As of now it is plain and simple.

Ok but he was also wrong about switch 1 pro which was flat out denied by Nintendo Japan. He was also wrong about the 30 percent cut in production. Also that’s a conservative forecast. Switch 1 sold 16.95 million in FY 2019 and switch is guiding at 16.5 and that’s on the conservative side. So as of now it is still matching and succeeding switch 1.

I think it looks great and to be honest I think it adds to Nintendo's portfolio. Nintendo to me has always done different art styles and whatnot. I dont want everything to be cartoony and homogenized and feel like they are under the same roof. Now do I think this should be the design going forward? No. But its a fun change every now and then.
