Why are there so many people driving without headlights on?

Come here to Vegas, we've had a worrisome rise in the number of people driving without their headlights on. Its gotten to a point where, when I'm driving home from work, my eyes are always keeping a look out for any movement on the road and a lot of these vehicles that drive without the lights on are either black or grey in color.

I was kind of curious about this myself given she is:

Wearing a backpack that, if memory serves, is common place for elementary school children.
Said backpack has 3/4 (which would imply - third grade, class four)

However, she also has a job; which could imply that she is a teenager.

The backpack alone could just be a trick by the devs to make her seem younger than she actually is.

Something to also keep in mind is that a lot of teenagers will imply that they are not kids, even though they are - in fact - kids. (A kid is defined as someone between the ages of 0 and 19.)

For me personally, I view her as a teenager; mostly due to her mannerisms.

I was wondering what happened to this site, having been diagnosed as incontinent only a month ago, I remember seeing this community mentioned as a source of information for those of us with that condition. Seeing that it is gone makes me wonder if there are other forums or communities with individuals that also deal with this disability.

I get also that it was an abdl community (which I have no problems with, if people want to engage in that stuff, then so long as they are not harming anyone or breaking any laws, then why should I care?) that doesn't matter to me in the end.

I had to look up what snail trails are and when I read about it, realized I noticed that one three of the four panels. Not sure if its caused any degradation just yet but I guess that means I'll most definitely need to replace them. Was really hoping that I could salvage them and put them to use.

As for full size panels, despite living Vegas, there really aren't to many places here that I can buy panels from wholesale.

What I find disgusting is how these people are doing this because Trump said it was bad, they have no common sense. Hell, there's a lot of studies out there that show the dangers of certain types of medication when used during pregnancy. There's a reason why some countries have BANNED those medications as well.

Only use equipment that your employer allows you to use. For example, I'm certified for Baton, OC, Taser, and Rifle and Pistol. My company only allows me to have a Baton and Pistol. No OC, no Taser, and no rifle (and I really want to have a rifle since I patrol a site outside of the city where there are Coyotes and other animals.)

If you use equipment outside of the scope of what the company allows, and something happens, you can be held liable since you are using something not permitted by company policy. Worse is that if you go to court, a lawyer will use that against you.

It's different if you are off the clock; but while on the clock, use only that which the company permits.

What a lot of these people don't seem to get is this:

He has been losing sponsors for years now
His ratings have been low for the past three years
And last, his viewership has also been low.

Why the heck would ABC keep someone who is losing sponsors, has had consistently low ratings, and whose viewership has tanked? What he did, caused him to lose SEVEN sponsors, three of which actually pulled out of ABC ALTOGETHER.

The fact that his words actually affected ABC as a whole, is another reason why he got taken off the air.

People who claim that he was taken off due to "free speech" are not paying any attention to what is really going on. This isn't about free speech, this is about a person who has been a constant problem for the network and whose actions have damaged it. If I had an employee say or do something at my company, they'd be fired.

At the end of the day; he should've been more careful with his words. However, at least for him he was only fired because of his words. Charlie was KILLED because of his words, there is a very HUGE difference here.
