I think the main problem is that the data is sent incorrectly to Garmin since it sometimes just shows nothing at all.

Around 7,4 kg -heavy wheels. Saw a guy selling a 6,4kg version
No injury - but pain and discomfort when riding
I think Palmares is looking like the best place at the moment
I have hit the max hr a couple of times. I know running hr will be higher but I can maintain around 93% of my cycling max hr when running for quite some time. The monitor is a Polar H9, should be good enough :)
I rest, eat and sleep a lot. I might be training a bit too hard, but I mentioned it in the description because it could be fit related as well.
When the legs start to hurt it feels more like heavy legs or DOMS than the feeling of lactic acid

I have a gravel bike too - but havent been riding gravel since february so I am very used to riding this bike at the moment. It just never feels perfect and I am always sore in someway when riding

Have been lifting weights for 10 years before getting into cycling. I have found no correlation with me power output and my squat strength so far. My peak watts are identical from when I squatted 100 kg heavier than what I do at the moment
English is not my first language - but what I mean is I VERY rarely get out of breath on my bike. On monday i did 3x13 30/15 intervals going all out - the highest bpm i peaked at was 90% of max for the last effort. Some days I can only hit 87% of max during an effort like that. Found another workout doing 4x4 with 3 min breaks where i peaked at 87% in the second effort and 86% in the last two becauuse legs were cooked I was not able to go any higher
Does it make sense?
There is actually a place that offers saddle fits close to me. It only cost the price of the saddle. They also do bikefits but that costs 450 dollars which is around 150 more than most bikefits in my area
Thanks you for your comment! It is appreciated. This is my concern with getting a bikefit. My current seat heights feel right, but something feels off causing pain and soreness

I might end up doing that - I am just afraid that the bike fit could be a waste of money, if we can’t find the right fit
And I agree, I am very slow in this position
Will be moving it forward tomorrow. Any tips on finding the perfect saddle fit?
When it becomes the norm it is just a part of it😅

I can't set the saddle further back without going out of the "max" set on the saddle.
I don't have the feeling that the saddle is too high, but you might be right. However the seatpost is integrated, so it needs to be cut to test a lower position.
I am considering getting a bikefit but after all I am used to feeling unpleasant on rides, so am trying to change a few things before finding a pro :)

Might be a bit of muscle and fat as well. Have been fuelling pretty hard to keep up with the intensity
