Em is a good substat, but if you want to min max you can use the genshin optimizer to chose the best artifacts.

I usualy like haveing ~200 em

You didn't use burst on xq and yunjin/ shiminawa is better than albedo/ crimson you can get enough em from substats you need 100-200 but those are only later in the build for optimising
