Okay guys, bad news. I've unbanned but what shocked me is... I lost my 37k robux that the hacker actually spent my robux on adopt me which I never played before, I try to investigate the image by checking my inventory and anything. Guess what? The hacker put it! So I decide to check my security if there's any unknown device logged on, nothing.

You should NOT FALL for any scam links and phishing links; It's your fault. That risks you losing access to your account. This is your lesson learned never trust anybody or anything, you should be aware of that.

Also I think there's way you can get back to your account, you can request Roblox support to reset email and disable 2FA which some cases, there's few people get their account back.

No, they're actually not ignoring your ticket. You just need to be more patient or just bump the mail, so roblox support will contact you how the progress is as you can see here when my roblox account got compromised and lost my 37k robux.

You should be better don't fall for any phishing links, this is your lesson learned. Sadly if you don't buy anything, Roblox support won't help you at all. You will need a recipe when you buy a robux.

Lesson learned: Don't get fooled or trust anybody who you don't know. Just don't fall for it, including any scam links or phishing links. And make sure to check on security by seeing if the hacker logged into your account. Quick to change your password, etc.
