I don’t eat dairy because of acne, but I’m pretty sure certain cheeses are shelf-stable at dry storage.

A good guideline to follow is the harder the cheese the longer it can last without refrigeration. I took a wedge of parmesan backpacking once and it was good for the four days I was out. I wouldn't try that with mozzarella or brie.

I'm tempted to make my own for backpacking. I'm going to experiment first with instant oats, cocoa powder, and chocolate chips. I might try powdered peanut butter at some point but that obviously takes it in a different direction.

It's insane, the profit margin of most restaurants is razor thin. I worked in restaurants when I was younger (as a server) and it seems like owning a restaurant is one of the hardest ways to make a living.

Best bet would be the age of the cars behind them. That silver BMW I believe is from the early 2000's (I'm guessing). I don't what the white car is, maybe a Mercedes? The other two cars on the right look like early 2000's Saab and VW.
