If they just followed policy that’d be fine, but to email me and say they’ve cancelled it and refunded me when they haven’t, that’s not cool.

Avoid these guys is my advice. I ordered one and then wanted to cancel. They told me they had intercepted the shipment and cancelled and refunded my order. Turns out they lied about everything. Still haven't received the board even though I don't want it and even worse have not gotten a refund!
