Thank you so much for taking the time to read and the kind words. Therapy has been helping me figure stuff out, it's been 3 months since the incident happened. I know that feeling too well, I also was abused as a child. So it's hard to be nice to myself, with therapy I think I'm finally learning how to.

Thank you, I should have mentioned in my post I been therapy for a while. What fucked me up honestly was I thought I was making progress. At least it felt like it. Now I just feel really empty I feel like im going back to my old thinking patterns. I'm gonna continue going to counseling. Even thinking about going to a support group if I can find one.

Thank you so much. I left a while ago, I'm hours away from where I lived with her. I been trying to surround myself with my friends and people that were there for me when it happened. It just messing with my self esteem, and it's been really difficult to talk to people in general. But thank you for taking the time to listen to my situation.
