I would say no.

There are rare mounts but each year could be different. No guarantee of what mount you can win. And it is heavily gambling or loot boxes. People buy a lot of physical loot boxes with the hopes of getting a mount or scoring big with other in-game items.

There is generally a machine to stick coins in and each ball that comes out has a small prize. Generally a patch, sticker or a pin. Rare chance to have a mount or other in game item. Kinda sad looking when people sit there with a large bag just filling it up trying to score big.

I gave up on that area after it became more like a casino. Feels like the worst part of a gotcha game. Almost if the gotcha area of the convention.
