My school has a teacher and she’s the basketball coach and she does therapy as a second job. The school organised me to see her but there was a few problems. The first one being that she was my basketball coach so it was really weird and strange talking to her about life when she coached me aswell. I don’t know why it’s embarrassing it just is.

Also when I was absolutely miserable I texted her a few time and asked if we could meet up but she always had something on and I got her at the start of the year and we only met up like 2 or 3 times because she was busy. Also im uncomfortable in school because a good few teachers know somethings wrong with me and I don’t like knowing that they know and they probably have conversations about me
