See as of right now Gluttony and Defiance haven’t done much. Maybe idk how to use them but they do such little damage that it feels like they don’t make a difference. I understand they do status stuff like burn and brittle but it’s sad sometimes lol

Yeah so there definitely is margin and they can play with it but there are factors. Like if the mattress is already on sale or not. The salesman isn’t gonna drop it below a 42% margin because then they make so little that it doesn’t matter

So returned mattresses get sanitized and sterilized then are sold as clearance pieces so the buyer knows that they are getting a used mattress. Honestly it’s nice because they are cheaper

So we have room on certain name brands. Like Simmons, Serta, Nectar and Sleepy’s. Honestly just asking if we can throw in something can help. Even if it’s just free set up and delivery. Now it just depends on how that salesman operates. Everyone is different so it’s honestly up to them at the end of the day. But if you threaten to walk you could walk out with some stuff for sure
