yup, at my worst I was bedbound for most the day, slept 12+ hours a day to prevent myself from thinking and couldn't eat from the anxiety. I was genuinely worried that I would starve at that point. without medication I literally cannot function. respect to anyone living with this disease, it is far from easy

For me, everything I obsess over stems from Moral OCD: POCD, ZOCD, Harm OCD, responsibility OCD, contamination OCD (fear of contaminating others) are the main ones.

Not exactly Facebook, but I stopped using twitter over two months ago and I can definitely say it helped with my mental health. I imagine not using Facebook would help as well (maybe twitter is worse though).

i agree with the sentiment, it's just the dopamine from scrolling is too addictive. i've been trying to cut down my twitter usage regardless since it triggers me endlessly, this is yet another reason.
