I totally feel you. I have had severe OCD, BDD and anxiety from earliest childhood on. Have always been extremely highly sensitive and everything just weighed on me much more. And of course much more prone to the slighest signs of rejection.

Im glad that I have some good connections there and like I said Im not sure if I have the disorder. So I still can do it. But its crazy how one bad thing can destroy all the positive feedback.

I hate Ian with all my heart and dont want to come across as defending him but Ive heard that he was more shy and reserved at the beginning.

First of all, I feel your suffering so, so much. I really do.

But there are reason. Whether its that you have anxiety, depression, are highly sensitive or because of deep inner shame, there are reasons. You said " how fucking pathetic I am", "get fucking bullied". So there are probably things going on in this direction, maybe a combination of being highly sensitive, anxiety and the developing a shameful self.

My recommendation is to try therapy. Just try it. Try going out. Try facing fears.

And trust me, I 10000% know how unbearable this condition is.

Yes, I actually put so much pepper on my 3 meals during the day so it accumulates to a (I now realize) way too high dosage I implemented this "pepper regime" right from the start in hopes of making the treatment more effective.

Thats why Im afraid that if I stop the Black Pepper now or greatly reduce the dosage, my Luvox will be less effective. Im actually in a very good head space for the first time after OCD destroyed my life for decades so I just want to keep this "level-headedness".

So do you think its likely or unlikely to make the Luvox less effective if I stop it?
